The problem for most people:
We humans are about 70 percent water. Our organs, such as the brain, lungs and blood, are more than 75 percent water. This means that we can only perform well if we drink enough.
If we drink too little, we often experience headaches, tiredness and lack of concentration. But conditions such as asthma, high blood pressure and constipation are also often caused by inadequate water intake.
The problem is that many people forget to drink water. This is why it is important to make a drinking routine part of your daily life.
The solution:
As a Certified Water Sommelier, one of my jobs is to help people drink more water. The 60-Days-Water-Challenge is the perfect tool for me to do this.
During the challenge, I will show you how to incorporate a drinking routine into your daily life within 60 days and make the most of your daily routine.
Before you decide to download the free 60-Days-Water-Challenge Guide, you should be aware that 60 days is a hell of a long time and not everyone will be able to stick with it for 60 days. The guide is just a tool. You will need commitment and discipline.
The biggest lesson you will learn from your challenge:
-
Why is drinking water important?
-
How can I successfully get into the habit of drinking more water?
I have read many books on the subject and applied my knowledge to this challenge.
-
How will I track my progress and what tools will help me?
A plan alone won't get you there. To get where you want to go, you need to track your progress every day. I will give you the tools to do this.
-
Why do I need to assess my performance every day?
It's about motivating yourself every day. The only way to do that is to evaluate your performance.
