Every drop tells a story. From Pegasus water to water from the Mont Blanc - each water has been selected for its purity, mineral composition and unique taste.
The following waters are included:
ROI, 0.75 litre bottle (sparkling)
The most magnesium-rich water in the world, with a total mineralisation of 7,481 milligrams per litre. Each drop of this water has taken 3,400 years to form. Legend says that Pegasus was the creator of this spring when, on behalf of Apollo, he struck the ground of Rogaška with his hoof and the Roitschocrene spring opened up.
Haanja, 0,75 litre bottle (sparkling)
The water comes from a 542 metre deep glacial deposit in Estonia. It has a total mineral content of around 2,301 milligrams per litre.
Balbin, 0,75 litre bottle (sparkling)
The world's first water with carbon dioxide made from grapes. This water from the Czech Republic is not available in any online shop or store. We get it for you!
White Water, 0,75 litre bottle (still)
The first records of this water date back to the 6th millennium BC and are based on an ancient legend about a silver deposit through which the water flows. The spring is located in Bulgaria and has a total mineralisation of 158 milligrams per litre.
Three Bays, 0,75 litre bottle (still)
This Australian water is sourced from a 900 metre deep, 600 million year old aquifer. Due to its unique mineral composition (23 different minerals), the water has a very smooth mouthfeel and, according to its owner, has helped many an athlete improve their performance.
La Sasse, 0,74 litre bottle (still)
La Sasse comes from the Mont Blanc massif and can only be bottled in the summer due to its location. The spring water has a total mineral content of 206 milligrams per litre and is bottled in a beautiful frosted glass bottle.

200g white truffle
The white truffle has been described as the diamond of the earth. Its aroma and flavour are very strong and aromatic, similar to that of Parmesan cheese. It is harvested between October and January and is therefore not available all year round.

A leading water sommelier with a wealth of experience
In 2022, I won the Mineral Water Sensory Expert Award for blindly tasting seven out of eight waters (40 in total). I have been organising many tastings for companies, wineries and institutions for the last three years.
