What inspired you to become a Water Sommelier?
My fascination with Water's diverse characteristics and its essential role in life inspired me to become a Water Sommelier.
What is your superpower?
So far I have analyzed about 3000 Waters and uploaded them to the PickAqua app
Can you share a memorable experience you've had as a Water Sommelier?
Once, I encountered severe dehydration and nearly faced the consequences. The first sip of Water after that experience made me realize that water's taste is truly the taste of life.

What is your favorite water and why?
AQUALAR pH9+ and AIRY pH10, they both are Natural Mineral Waters with super high alkalinity and rich in Silicium. And the taste is amazing.
Please finish the sentence: Water for me is...
everything, it is health, biology, chemistry, physics, energy, philosophy, mystery, magic, and the physical expression of God. "Water is the carrier of Life. Life is the Spirit that lives in Water. The Taste of Life is the Taste of Water."
What do you believe is the future of the Water Sommelier profession?
The future of the Water Sommelier profession looks promising as people become more conscious of water quality, leading to increased demand for expert guidance in choosing water mindfully. Therefore we have created the Water Choice app PickAqua to give a simple introduction of every Water in the World.
How do you think valuing water contributes to a more sustainable future?
Valuing water leads to reduced wastage, increased conservation efforts, and a greater understanding of the importance of this precious resource in ensuring a sustainable future. We start to love Water when we learn more about it and this expands our attitude towards nature itself.
What else would you like to share with the community?
I encourage everyone to explore the diverse world of water through PickAqua app. Appreciate its unique qualities, and join hands in preserving this vital resource for generations to come. Scan your Water bottle with PickAqua, and if you can't find your Water, You are very welcome to add it to the list. The next user of PickAqua will highly appreciate it.
Dan, thank you for the interview!
Best regards
