What inspired you to become a Water Sommelier?
Discovered Crag and learnt first hand that water is not Water. Realized I needed to learn about the most important liquid on the planet. Then I needed to share my knowledge.

Can you share a memorable experience you've had as a Water Sommelier?
In 2017 Richard Taylor walked into my life and said, "Do you know how good your water is mate? I told Ian and Janet (prevoius owners) for 20 years they should be bottling it but they ignored me". My life changed that day. Crag Spring Water was born, my learning of water begun and will never end.
