What inspired you to become a Water Sommelier?

I always had a different relation with water since my childhood, by believing that water has taste, even though all the books stated otherwise. So, being a Water Sommelier for me is more than just pairing waters with food or other beverages. Personally, it is vital that we, as water professionals, bring value and conciousness about our most precious natural resource and help to educate people on how to respect and comprehend the water concept. Every single water taste delicious, has its value and carries so much knowledge and history.
